About the Role

As Team Lead you’ll be responsible for setting up our Service Center operations from the ground up. You’ll manage day-to-day work, coach a growing team, and act as the bridge between Tirana and our headquarters in the Netherlands. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Monamosa’s European growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team (sales, marketing, design, customer success).
• Create workflows and processes for smooth service delivery across Europe.
• Be the go-to person for your team: coaching, motivating, and problem-solving.
• Monitor KPIs and report directly to the Managing Director.
• Ensure client satisfaction by aligning service operations with sales and marketing.
• Represent Monamosa in Tirana as the cultural and operational leader.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience (3+ years) in operations, sales, or service teams.
• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
• Experience with building and scaling teams is a big plus.
• Comfortable with digital tools (Odoo/ERP, Slack, Outlook, Jira/Confluence).
• Hands-on mindset: you’re strategic, but not afraid to execute.
• Ability to inspire trust and build a positive, professional team culture.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: €13,000 – €18,000 per year (ALL 1.5M – 2.1M).
