About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our European clients, guiding them from order to delivery. Your role is not only to solve problems, but to anticipate client needs and ensure they see Monamosa as a reliable, professional partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients throughout the order process with fast and clear communication.
• Coordinate with suppliers and operations to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Handle after-sales service and proactively check in with clients.
• Assist in handling claims, turning issues into positive client experiences.
• Document client interactions in Odoo CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing for upsell and retention campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, account management, or client success.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using tools like Odoo (ERP/CRM), Slack, and Outlook.
• Ability to build strong relationships and think from the client’s perspective.
